You can activate a photo album to appear at the bottom of the home page by changing ticking "Yes" to the question "Show album slide at bottom of the start page" which you will find in the Webdesign Editor -> Configuration -> General Options section
You can configure the photos that will appear in the Module Manager -> Photo Album section
